Baked capsicum
#week3of5 Healthy and delicious non-junk-starter.

Cut the capsicum into half, clean inside seeds and keep ready for stuffing.

For stuffing: keep a pan on medium flame add butter, chopped onion and saute well till onion turns transparent. Add boiled potatoes, paneer coriander leaves and all dry spices. Mix well and let it be cool.

Stuff the capsicum with mixture. Sprinkl grated cheese on stuffed capsicum. Preheat the oven at 150° and bake the capsicum for 10 minutes on 180°. Stuffed capsicum is ready to serve as a starter garnish with grated carrots.
