Corn Pudding with Custard Sauce

Make the pudding by mixing all the ingredients in the pan. Stir well. Cook over medium heat until thick and shiny. Spoon into individual mould and cool completely before putting into the fridge.

Make the sauce ahead of time. Mix all ingredients into a pot. Stir well. Cook over low heat while stirring constantly. Cool slightly. then put them into a jug in keep cold in the fridge.
Serve the corn pudding with the custard. It can also be served with fruit cocktails.
