Half boil the mangoes.Peel it.Cut it.

Take in jar.Add mint leaves,cumin and chat masala.Grind a fine paste.

Take jaggery in pan add water.Cook it till sticky.

Add paste of mango.Add salt and chilli powder.Cook until one string syrup.

Mix well and cook.It will in 7 to 8 minutes.Add lemon juice or vinegar.

See the colour of panna.Cool it and sieve it.

Take glass,Add ice cubes.Pour half glass with concentrate panna.Add water.

Mix well and enjoy the yummiest drink in summer.You can store this for 2 months.
