Mango Masala Juice

The summer comes , bringing scorching heat along with the marvelous smell and unique taste of the Mangoes, the king of the fruits. Mango juice helps in digestion,thus cleaning the body. It is packed in nutrients. Builds our immunity. Mango is rich in antioxidants. So we should take initiatives ,to include mango in our diets.

Steps

Wash the mango. Chill it and peel.

Chop the mango into cubes.

Grind sugar, cardamom and peppers and chaat masala to powder.
- 4
Add chunks to the grinder cup having ground sugar mix and blend.
Add water if needed. Make smooth paste of mango chunks.

Add the rest of water and crushed ice cubes to the bowl with grounded mango cubes.
Mix well and serve chilled.
