Fried chicken with vegetable rice

Steps

Chop onions, coriander and capsicum, dice 1 carrots.

Boil 3 cups water, add in salt and oil. When ready add in washed rice, peas and diced carrots, cover and let it cook until well done.

Slice the cucumber, carrot and a small piece of capsicum.
- 4
For the chicken, fry onions and spices, add salt snd the chicken, stir and let it cook for 5min, add capsicum and coriander. Switch off the heat after a minute and serve.
