Moong is overnight soaked as I m going to make directly in cooker. So strain the moong, wash it again. Chopped tomatoes.

Take a cooker on Medium flame add oil, mustard seeds, let it crackled. Add red chillies pieces, asafoetida and Chopped Tomatoes. Saute it for a min.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sabji masala.

Salt and soaked moong. Mix it all well. Add 1 1/2 glass water.

Mix it and close the lid and get flame high. 5 whistle. Moong is done. Off the flame and let it cool down the cooker. Open it. Now give it a nice mix and squeeze lemon in it.

Add chopped coriander mix it and serve. This moong is with thick little Amt of gravy. Which make is relishing and tasty. Served with roti or Parathas and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy the benefits of Moong
