First washed and soaked moong dal for 4 hours.Then take a cooker add soaked dal and 1 cup water and salt take a whistle.

Then take a bowl add wheat flour and boiled moong dal mix well.Then add oil and all mix well.Then add Asafoetida, cumin seeds,carom seeds, kalonji,salt,red chiiy,gram masala, Amchur powder, turmeric powder mix well.

Then add water make a soft dough.Give rest for 15 minutes.

Then Roll it and cut and twist like this.

Then heat a kadai in oil and fry till golden brown.

Then sprinkle some Chat masala and serve.
