Steps

Cut the fish in small chunks, marinate with lemon and all spices for 30 minutes in a fridge

Wash the tomatoes and green capscums and cut into small pieces.

Blend tomatoes and hoho together
- 4
Fry onions for 1minute add garlic continue cooking.
- 5
Add your blended tomatoes and hoho stir then dip the fish and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with ugali and greens or you can eat it plainly.
