Chop onions,place in sufuria cook until brown,add tomatoes,cook till ready then add potatoes and carrots

When the potatoes are soft add your githeri stir and add a little water. Let it boil,add salt and spices of choice

Steamed cabbage-Cook onions till brown then add the cabbage with grated carrots. Simmer for 5 or less minutes depending on how you prefer them. Remember to add salt and seasonings of choice.

Serve githeri, steamed cabbage your left over chapati and enjoy.
