Grate potato finely. Add maida to it. Mix well set aside.

In a bowl whisk eggs and onion and all the mentioned spices toether. Set aside.

Put oil in a pan. Add potato mixture. Spread evenly on the pan. Let it cook from each side for 3 minutes.

Pour egg mixture over the potatoes and cover with a lid and let it cook

Flip the egg and cook from other side.

Dish out when done.

Serve with bran bread and freshly squeezed orange juice.
