Thai minced pork spring rolls

This dish is easy to eat as a snack for both kids and adults. Family favourite made easy. I grated the vegetables instead of Julianne them as my son doesn’t like to see vegetables in food 😂 so I hide them in the spring rolls fillings. If you like the bigger pieces of vegetables feel free to julienne them. #mycookbook
