Kofta is my favourite dish.i have made 45 kofta of 1 kg mince.600 for mince and 100 for nan , onion,oil,tomatoes,spices and yogurt .
700/45 =15.5
I have Cooked 6 kofta in dinner (means 100 Rs for this dish today.)Rest are freezed for next luxurious meal.
Chicken Pulao is easiest dish to be cooked.
Freshly baked plain cake is sweet dish to soothe craving for sweet tooth.

Mix all dry ingredients except sugar. And sieve it.

Now beat eggs and sugar very well. Add oil and milk and beat

Add seived ingredients gradually. Mix with rubber spatula. Grease the pan and bake at 180°C for 35 min.baking time varies for each oven
