Crispy semolina fritters

In a bowl take rava, curd, onion, peanuts, carrot, salt and soda. Mix well. Now add some water to make a thick paste. Add water gradually because we don't need a runny batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes whisk this batter for two minutes. Now add all masala in it and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan. Put small size balls of batter into oil and fry till gets golden colour.

Crispy semolina fritters is ready to serve. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
