Cut your green, red and yellow bell pepper with your carrot in long strips then cut your spring onion and boil your green peas with little salt for atleast three- five minutes. Put salt to taste in the veggies for atleast ten minutes

Then cook your noodles till the water is almost dried and pour your vegetables then stir it and keep aside

Fry your eggs in a scrambled form and pour the noodles you kept aside inside the egg and stir it serve and your ready to dig in
