#luxurymeal Sunday lunch is always fancy & some what luxurious for families so today i made butter chicken with garlic rice.. loved by all & when you are making luxury meal in your budget luke for 2 person un just 300 Rs then make some alteration in recipe but don't compromise on taste ... paesh e khidmate hae butter chicken with garlic rice for 2 person in just 300 Rs..

1 tspoil

For Garlic Rice
1 cupRice
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspwhole garam masala
4 clovescrushed garlic
1/2, tsp red chilli powder

Butter chicken: marinate chicken with 2 tsp butter, butter chicken masala, yougart & 1 tsp lemon for 10 min.

In pan add remaining butter& oil add marinated chicken & cook on high flsme for 2 min..

In another pan boil onion & tomatoes for 5 min & blend it..add this blended mixture into chicken & cook on medium flame till oil separates...

Rice: In pan add oil, whole garam masala & crushed garlic saute it for 2 min, add 1 cup water & boil it then add soaked rice in it & cook on high flame & put ot on dum sprinkle spring onion & dum it got 5 min..
