Vegetable rice with egg fried cabbage

Steps

Dice onions and fry in a cooking pan, add salt and tomato paste, stir then add cabbage stir and let it simmer for a few minutes. Break the eggs and stir for some minutes and set aside.

For the rice, boil 2 cups of water add in salt and oil, dice the carrots.

Wash rice and put in the boil, add peas and carrots and let it cook.

Serve and enjoy.
