Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chilli. Let it crackle. Add onions and saute till it becomes soft and pink in colour. Take out in a bowl.

In the same kadahi, add ghee, mustard seeds and peanuts, roast for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add soaked poha, mix well. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Add cooked onion and mix well. Add lemon juice, nimkin sev and coriander leaves while serving.
