Firstly take a pan and add mustard seeds and then onions...when onions cooked then add spices like haldi,salt,red chilli and mix it and add 1 tsp sauce and mix it again

Put the poha in a strainer and wash it and then add it in tadka....and mix it gently and squeeze one lemon in it......

Now serve the poha in a plate......add sevv on it and then add bhujia of your choice....which must contain peanut because it increses poha taste...then add some chopped onions and 1 pinnch chat masala.......serve it with ketchup.
