  1. 2કપ મગદાળ
  2. 1કપ અડદ દાળ
  3. કાચી સિંગ
  4. સેવ
  5. ખજૂરની ચટણી
  6. લીલી ચટણી
  7. ધાણાભાજી
  8. મરચું પાવડર
  9. જીરા પાવડર
  10. ધાણાજીરું પાવડર
  11. દાડમ
  12. દહી 500 ગ્રામ
  13. નમક

    સૌ પ્રથમ મગની દાળ અને અડદની દાળને સારી રીતે ધોઈ અને પાણીમાં ૪- ૫ કલાક પલાળી લો. ત્યાર બાદ તેમાંથી બધું જ પાણી કાઢી અને મિક્સરમાં ક્રશ કરો તેમાં જરૂર મુજબ નું દહી ઉમેરવુ

    ખીરુ બરાબર તૈયાર થયું છે કે નહીં તે જોવા માટે એક વાટકીમાં થોડું પાણી લઈ તેમાં તૈયાર કરેલ ખીરા નું એક ટપકું મુકો. જો તે ખીરું પાણી સાથે ઓગળી ન જાય તો તમારું ખીરું તૈયાર છે હવે એક કડાઈમાં તેલ લઈ તૈયાર કરેલા ખીરામાંથી નાના ભજિયાં ઉતારો.

    ભજીયાને ગોલ્ડન બ્રાઉન રંગના તળો. ત્યારબાદ તેને આઈસ કોલ્ડ વોટર માં પાંચથી સાત મિનિટ રહેવા દો. હાથની મદદથી ભજીયા ને દબાવી પાણી નિતારી લો.

    હવે એક પાત્રમાં દહીં વલોવી લો. એક પ્લેટની અંદર ભજીયા મુકો. ત્યારબાદ તેમાં દહીં સ્પ્રેડ કરો. હવે તેની ઉપર મરચું પાવડર, ધાણાજીરું પાવડર,જીરા પાવડર અને નમક ઉમેરો. ત્યારબાદ તેને તળેલા સીંગદાણા,ખજૂરની ચટણી,લીલી ચટણી દાડમ,સેવ, ધાણાભાજી વડે ગાર્નિશ કરો
