This is really a quick fix dinner,when you are tired and bored of regular idli and dosa's.
Steps

Take a big thick bottomed vessel,add water and allow it to boil.when it reaches boiling point,switch off the stoveand add concorde rice sevvai in the water and close the lid and keep it aside for three minutes.Strain off the water,and idiyappam is ready.

In a cooker,add all the vegetables,add little turmeric and oil and salt.Bring it to three whistles and the vegetables are cooked.

In a kadai,dry roast cinnamon,clove,elaichi and poppy seeds,and cashews and add coconut and grind it to a fine paste

In a kadai add oil,season it and add the tomatoes and onions and saute them until translucent.Now add cooked vegetables,grinded paste,salt and turmeric and add water to adjust it to the gravy consistency and allow it to combine well.

After five mins,switch off the flame and kurma is ready to serve hot along with idiyappam
