Cut the kidney into small pieces, Remove the fatty part. Then wash the pieces

Put the kidney pieces in a bowl, add all the spices plus the crushed garlic, 1 tbspn cooking oil and mix them well. Put in the fridge for about 30mins

In a pan, heat enough cooking oil, add the spring onions plus the red onion, sauté for about 3-5 minutes and add garlic. Stir for a couple of minutes then add the kidney pieces and continue stirring.

Cover with a lid for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, soy sauce, stir until it forms a paste. Add capsicum (add the cornstarch to 5 tablespoons of water and pour into the pan) and let it cook for 3 minutes until it forms a thick paste. Switch off the cooker.

Add dhania, stir and serve
