Chop Mango, chilli and carrots and let it in the sun for an hour. Add salt and keep aside for two days.

Dry roast coriander seeds,methi seeds. Grind methi, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, saunf to powder.

Heat around 50ml of oil add hing. Add this oil to the powder and mix. Add this to the cut vegetables. Add lime.

Keep shaking the jar in intervals.
