Ingredients

  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 2chopped onions
  • 1chopped tomatoes
  • 250 gramswhite peas
  • 1 tablespoonredchilli powder,coriander,haldi powder,aamchur
  • 1 tablespoongaram masala
  • 4 tablespoonsoil,jeera
  • 1 tablespoongarlic ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoongreen chilli paste
  • ForPuri recipe:
  • 250 gmsall purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • ForChutney recipe:
  • As per taste Green chutney recipe
  • 100 gmsspinach
  • 4curry leaves
  • 4 tablespoonsroasted chana
  • As requiredMint leaves
  • 2-3 piecesginger garlic
  • 3green chillies
  • 2 tablespoonsdahi
  • 5 tablespoonscoconut powder
  • ForCocum chutney:
  • 50 gmscocum
  • 1 tablespoonsalt & sugar,chaat masala
  • as requiredCheese cubes
  • fewOnion slices
  • As per taste Chaat masala
  • As per taste Schezwan sauce
  • As requiredBesan nylon sev

Steps

1 & half hour
  1. 1

    Heat a pan.oil, mustard & jeera heat up & add onion, tomato,all masala & cook well some water to make good consistency of ragda.

    Make a dough with all-purpose flour, add salt, oil,& water. Take rest for 20 min then after small puries making & then after fry or boiled.

  3. 3

    Green chutney, all the chutney ingredients in mixture jar & finally paste.chutney is ready & garnish with mustard & curry leaves.

  4. 4

    Besan nylon sev & round sliced onion & grated cheese to decorate aloo puri
