Cut all cooked idlis in half. Take a pan add oil, then add onion, ginger and garlic, and all chopped vegetables cook for 2to 3 minutes then add all cut idlis and then I add one pouch of Ching's noodle masala or schezwan rice masala 2 spoonfuls and 1tsp of garam masala.

Then I add 1spoon of schezwan stir fry sauce salt if needed and squeeze the lemon. Mix all well and garnish with coriander leaves and it's ready to serve.
