Steps

First knead a dough by mixing flour salt oil n carrom seeds.. knead a hard dough.. n apply oil on dough n keep aside for 15 to half n hours

For stuffing add oil in pan add cashews n raisins n cumin n mustard seeds.. now add aesofetidea n add ginger,garlic paste.. add dry masala except cumin powder... now add boiled mashed potatoes n salt n mix well... now add cumin powder n mix well

Now take a small ball sized dough n make a roti n put potatoes stuffing in between n cut roti in slanting directions from both side of stuffing n put one by one roti layer on stuffing n make it...

Now deep fry all somasas or croissant.. serve hot with ketchup
