This is a healthy, wholesome dinner. It is made from left over grilled chicken or chicken kebabs. Lots of vegetables. No mayonnaise only hung curd.

This is a healthy, wholesome dinner. It is made from left over grilled chicken or chicken kebabs. Lots of vegetables. No mayonnaise only hung curd.

First chop all the vegetables. Now if you don't have leftover grilled chicken or chicken kebab. Then just Marinate the chicken with salt, lemon juice, oil some herbs of your choice. Keep it for at least 1 hrs for best results 2-3 hrs. Then grill it in a microwave or grill pan.

Now take the hung curd. Add finely crushed garlic. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper powder. Mix them well. Now in a bowl add all the chopped vegetables add the shredded chicken and then the curd. Mix them well. Add some oregano and red Chilli flakes. Serve it with some toasted bread.
