Ingredients

  1. 1large onion
  2. 1large tomato
  3. 1Green capsicum
  4. 1red and yellow Bell peppers each
  5. 1 eachcarrot and cucumber
  6. 1 cupchopped cabbage
  7. 1 bowlhung curd
  8. 5-6garlic cloves
  9. as per tasteSalt and black pepper powder
  10. 1 tbsphoney
  11. as requiredOregano and red Chilli flakes
  12. 1 bowlshredded grilled chicken
  13. as requiredOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    First chop all the vegetables. Now if you don't have leftover grilled chicken or chicken kebab. Then just Marinate the chicken with salt, lemon juice, oil some herbs of your choice. Keep it for at least 1 hrs for best results 2-3 hrs. Then grill it in a microwave or grill pan.

    Now take the hung curd. Add finely crushed garlic. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper powder. Mix them well. Now in a bowl add all the chopped vegetables add the shredded chicken and then the curd. Mix them well. Add some oregano and red Chilli flakes. Serve it with some toasted bread.
