1kilo beef
10grounded scotch bonnet
Seasoning as desired
Pinchsalt
1 tablespoonwhite pepper

1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
1medium onion sliced

Steps

Wash your meat and add all ingredients and mix well to marinate. Refrigerate for about 30 mins to 1hr

In a hot pan add little oil and add meat. Let it cook for about 15mins and turn the other side

Serve and garnish with sautéed onion and done ✅
