Aamras puri with quick spicy aalu masala

Knead a stiff dough for puri and keep aside.

In a mixture jar take chopped mango and sugar. Blend it to make a puree. Put cardamom powder and cinnamon powder in it and blend again now add chilled milk and blend well. Aamras is ready to serve.

Heat oil and put potatoes in it. Fry it until cooked perfectly. Meanwhile roll puris and keep aside.

When potatoes cooked completely take out in a bowl and add all dry spices powder masala in it. Toss it well and keep aside.

Fry puri and your quick dinner is ready to serve.

Serve hot puri with spicy aalu and meetha aamras.
