Deep-fried cauliflower (vegan)

The quantities are a bit of a guess as I was making it up as I went and only wrote the recipe down after eating. But the main point is that a combination of almond flour, plain flour and cashew milk crates a batter that sticks well to the cauliflower and doesn't leave debris in the fryer.
