Mash the potatoes with the onions and add the eggs in. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside

Mix ingredients for the dough together and knead to form a dough

Roll out to a thin rectangle

Add a line of the potato mixture. On one side brush a line of oil to help seal the knishes shut

Roll the dough over the filling like a deli roll

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds

Bake for a half hour at 375°
