Ingredients

  1. 2 slicesbread
  2. 1medium banana
  3. 1medium egg beaten and seasoned
  4. Tablespoonbutter for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Remove sides crust of bread and flatten your slices using a rolling pin.

  2. 2

    Peel off the banana and slice it right through the middle.

  3. 3

    Place the banana on the rolled slices of bread and cover it with the other side.Press the sides to seal.

  4. 4

    Heat up your pan and melt the butter.Coat the banana stuffed bread in eggs and fry until golden brown.
