Firstly, strain Water in the bowl also mashed pulp of tamarind in strained water. Remove all seeds.

Add chopped onion, add chopped potatoes and chopped coriander leaves,add salt, red chilli powder and jeera powder.

Chutney is ready.

Serve it with pakora and paratha.
