Mayo Potato Wedges
Steps

Boil and peel potatoes.

Cut them in long and thick wedges.

Take mayonnaise in a bowl.

Add salt, chilli powder, green chilli sauce and garam masala.

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Pour the mayonnaise mixture on potato wedges and mix well.

Marinade it for 30 minutes.

After that heat oil in a skillet snd deep fry the marinated potato wedges.

Remove from oil and keep on paper towel.

Serve immediately with sauce.
