Steps

Burn a brinjal on stove flame till the skin becomes burnt. Allow it to cool and peel off the skin and chop it or mash it.

In a pan add finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,then cumin seeds and saute till onions become translucent.

Then add the chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, curd.Cook untill the oil separates.

Add the mashed brinjal in to it and cook for few minutes. Finally add some sambar powder and crushed garlic to it and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
