  2. as neededoil for frying

    Heat oil for frying.

    Now take small ball from dough and roll it with roller pin.

  3. 3

    Make small puri's like this.

  4. 4

    Deep fry Puri in hot oil till golden brown and crispy.serve hot with sabzi.
