Easy and quick recipe...
Steps

Take 2 mangoes wash them well & wipe them dry...

Now you require chopped mangoes for the jam, so cut it into pieces...And in small bowl u peel the seeds & squeeze out the mango pulp..

This combination of mango pulp & chopped mangoes gives a really good texture to the jam as well...

Now in a pan add chopped mangoes & mango pulp... switch on the gas...& Mix it well...

Now add salt, lemon juice & sugar in pan & mix it well.. Now start cooking on the medium flame & you need to stir it regularly...

Once the sugar has melted & start boiling, the jam will start to splutter... After 30 min check the jam for it's readiness...

Now take a plate & add 1 spoon of jam on a plate, then tilt the plate, the jam should not drip.. once it's set you can stop cooking.. If not then continue cooking & check it again..

Now it's ready...you can stored this jam over 6 months in the fridge..
