  • پیاز چار عدد
  • ٹماٹر چار عدد
  • ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ایک بڑا چمچ
  • نمک حسب ذائقہ
  • لال مرچ حسب ذائقہ
  • ہلدی ڈیڑھ چائے والا چمچ
  • پانی حسب ضرورت
  • آلو تین سے چار عدد
  • نیشنل یا شان کی میتھی
  • ڈالڈا گھی
  • پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ

  1. 1

    چھوٹے گوشت میں پیاز، ٹماٹر، نمک، مرچ، ہلدی، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور پانی شامل کر کہ ابال آنے دیں۔ جب ابال آجائیں تو پریشر ککر بند کردیں۔ اور تقریباً بارہ منٹ تک ککر چلنے دیں۔

    بارہ منٹ بعد ککر کھولیں، اگر گوشت نرم پڑ جائے تو بقیہ پانی خشک ہونے تک پکائیں۔ ٹماٹر اور پیاز کو چمچ سے پیس لیں۔ جب پانی ختم ہو جائے تو گھی اور آلو شامل کریں۔ اچھے سے بونیں۔ یہانتکہ گھی کی خوشبو آنا بند ہو جائے۔

    پھر خشک قصوری میتھی شامل کریں۔ اچھے سے بونیں۔ جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو نیم گرم پانی شامل کریں۔ پہلے آنچ تیز رکھیں، پھر ہلکی کر کہ دم دے دیں۔ جب آلو گل جائیں تو پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ چھڑک دیں۔ مزیدار آلو گوشت تیار ہے۔
