Kaleji ko 1 cup Pani me sirka dal kar 10 to 15 mint chor dein.

Piyaz golden kar ke Adrak lehsan Paste Dalen.

Adrak lehsan paste bhon kar half cup Pani dal kar dhak dein halki anch krden 5 mint ke liy pakny dein.

Piyaz soft ho jaey to spoon sy mash krden.

Then kaleji dal kar bhonen.

Kaleji ka apna Pani khushk ho jaey to Dahi or namak, Mirch, Haldi dal kar dhak dein.

Kaleji ko 10 sy 15 mint halki anch par dhak kar pakaen.

Dahi ke Pani me kaleji gal jaeygi usk baad kaleji ko bhoon Lein. Zarort parny par Pani dal Lein.

Masala bhun jaey to garam masala or sookhi Methi dal kar 2 mint bhoon Lein.

Grevi krni ho to Thora sa Pani dal kar 5 mint halki anch par dum par rakh dein.
