Yummy and delicious mango Phirni. My favourite fruit is mango. So i layered with extra mango puree .
Steps

Rince and soak the basmati rice for two hours. Drain the water fully and grind it coarsely.

Soak the saffron in 1tbsp milk.

In a wide pan boil the milk in low flame. While it starts to boiling add crushed rice and stir continuously, till it cooks smoothly.

Then add the saffron and sugar to it. Stir continuously until it becomes thicker. Transfer it to serving bowl and cool down completely. Now Phirni is ready.

Grind the mango and make it fine paste. Mix the 3/4 mango pulp in cold Phirni and refrigerate it for 1hour. Now the mango Phirni is ready.

After one hour start layering mango Phirni and remaining mango pulp. And finally garnish with cashew and almonds.

Yummy and delicious mango Phirni is ready. Happy cooking.
