To make a mango pulp - Take a pan add puree of 2 ground mango and a cup of sugar. Cook for 5 minutes.

For cake batter - Take a bowl, add ½ cup of sugar powder, ¼ cup of oil, drop of vanilla essence, 1 cup milk and mix them well. Now add 1.5 cup maida, 1.5 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and mix them well. Add 5-6 tbsp pulp and mix all together.

Grease the cake pan with oil. Add 1 tbsp maida and dust it well or use butter paper.

Tranfer the batter to the cake pan. Preheat oven at 180° for 5 min and then bake the cake for around 25 minutes.

Transfer the cake to a plate and put the mango glaze on it evenly and granish with cherry. Mango cake is now ready to serve.
