Ingredients

3-5serving

2carrots (in pieces)
2potatoes (in pieces)
2-3sweet corns (in pieces)
1white onion (skin-off)
Pork Ribs (600gm- 800gm)
Garlic (optional)
1.8L- 2.5L water

Steps

Water the pork rib with hot water and rise off.

Boil the water and add carrots, potatoes, onion, sweet corn and pork rib to boil (high heat for 10min, low heat for 30- 45min).

Ready to served with rice.
