Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 grmsAll-purpose flour
  • 1 tbspOil for moyan
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspCarom seeds
  • Lil water to make dough
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients and make a dough

    Now roll it like chapati and cut into for pieces

    Fry them in a pan....when pink take them out.

    Cool down for sometime...It can be stored for 10-12 days.

    After cooling add dahi chutney salt jeera powder and coriander leaves... You can hv it in breakfast or evening snaks....just try once...you are really going to love it.
