Steps

Add boiled pieces of bottle gaurd to a grinding jar and grind it to a fine paste..

Now take curd and blend it till smooth..

Add the bottle gourd paste to the curd.

Then add the garlic paste to it.

Add red chilli powder, salt, and cumin powder to it and mix well.

Then add finely chopped onions and green chillies to it.

Then heat oil in a pan and add chillies, cumin seeds and garlic to it.

Fry untill garlic turns brown.

Then pour the tempering over the raita and enjoy it with your dinner.
