Take 3-4 cups of water and bring it to boil

Add oil in it

Add soaked rice and vinegar

Bring rice to boil for at least 3-4 minutes

Strain the rice leaving at least one table spoon of pitch in the wok. (This will help rice not to stick to the utensil.)

Add butter and zeera and mix it thoroughly.

Cover the lid and keep it on low flame for 3 minutes.

Buttered boiled rice is ready.
