To Boil Rice
250 gmRice
1 tspVinegar
1Green Chilli
For Fried Rice
1/4 cupOil
1 tspVinegar
1 tbspSoya sauce
1 tspSalt
1/4 cupCarrot diced finely
1Bellpepper in julians
2Spring onion
4Garlic Cloves
PinchWhite pepper powder (optional)
2 tbspCabbage shreded

Wash & soak rice for 15 min.then boil with vinegar & greenchilli. Strain & keep aside.fried rice can be cooked with previously boiled rice as well.if you hv enough leftover rice,u can use it.

Chop finely green part of spring onion.chop white part &keep seprate.finely chop garlic.peel carrot & cut in fine dice form. Shred cabbage & cut julians of bellpepper.

Heat oil in a wok.add chop garlic & fry for a minute.add chop white part of spring onion.fry at high flame for a minute.add carrot,cabbage & fry a minute. Lastly add bellpepper julians.

Reduce flame to low.add vinegar soya sauce salt white pepper.give a quick stir.add boiled rice in badges.

Fry rice at medium to high flame & mix well vd vegies for 3-5 min lastly add chop green part of spring onion. Turn off flame.
