  • 1 Tbsp(or more) lemon juice
  • 1 Tbspsugar, plus more to taste
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupsparkling water
  • cubesIce
  • Mint (optional, for decoration)
  • Rosemary (optional, for decoration)

  1. 1

    Peel the peaches and save the peach skin

    Cut the peaches into small cubes

    Combine the peach pulp and skin in a bowl, add lemon juice and sugar

    Add water to saucepan, stir in peach mixtures, heat over medium

    Gently boil for 10 minutes and discard the peach skin

    Cover and refrigerate the peach pulp and juice for at least 1 hour

    In a glass, add ice, peach juice, peach pulp and sparkling water
