You can use grated cheese or the sandwich cheese in squares (bought in supermarket).

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt

Spread butter in the pan. Make sure that entire pan has butter. Pour the beaten egg.

Swirl the pan so that egg covers the entire pan while getting cooked. Immediately get the two loaves of bread and dip both sides on the egg. Lay out the loaves side by side.

Flip the cooked egg and loaves together so that the egg faces up.

Add the grated cheese on top of the egg just above the bread.

Fold the eggs on both sides and close the bread together with the cheese inside. Toast both sides of bread
