  • 3eggs
  • Cooking oil
  • Sliced whole bread-festive
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchginger
  • 1 pinchcardamon
  • 5smokies

    In a sufuria heat the oil and shallow fry the smokies for 2min only!

  2. 2

    In a bowl put the salt/ginger/cardamon mix well then beat the eggs one at a time as you whisk well

  3. 3

    With a rolling pin roll each slice of bread carefully -5slicesj

  4. 4

    Take one smokie at a time and fold it inside the rolled slice of bread.then roll in the whisked eggs

  5. 5

    Deep fry each roll till golden brown.

when growing up my dad didn't allow us to cook our main role was prepare food and then mum will cook.after school and started working could only boil rice,fry eggs,make tea,mash mukimo nothing more.I got challenged by a friend(now my husband)who could make very delicious food and bake(mawe tatu) hence I realised something is wrong with me.I developed interest in cooking and baking,its now my passion.am doing quite well and yearning to learn more each day.
