Wash and peel the carrots. Grate it and keep aside.

Heat a heavy bottom pan and a tbsp of ghee. Add the grated carrots and saute for a minute. Add the milk and cook until all the milk evaporates. Add sugar and cook.

It will again be into liquid form, so need to cook until it forms to a thick consistency. Add the condensed milk and mix well. Add the remaining ghee and mix again.

Switch off and add nuts, raisins and cardamom powder.

Note: You can add Khoya if you prefer. I personally don't add them, as I like this way which tastes yummy.
