  • 4chicken breasts
  • 1canned mushroom
  • 1onion
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • Thyme
  • Cooking cream
  • cubesBullion or royco

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, add some little oil and butter then add the chicken breasts to brown on both sides. Remove the chicken breasts then set aside once browned on both sides

    In the same pan add sliced onions and mushrooms and saute till the mushrooms chamhe colour

    Add crushed garlic

    Add thyme and royco cubes

    Add a cup of water then stir

    Add the cooking cream then stir

    Add the chicken breasts cut into chunks and stir. Let it simmer for 5 mins then serve.enjoy.
